Session with us is as entertaining as it is transformative. Agave’s approach is vibrant, and oftentimes comedic, as she guides you through the session. This provides a comfortable atmosphere, where you laugh and sweat while working towards your mind and body goals. Proper body alignment, increased flexibility, and strength-building exercises make up the foundation of Agave’s training style, influence greatly by her background in classical dance styles.
